NSCE had the opportunity to participate in the programme of GOI both under NRF and under CRR Programme initially with affiliation of the nodal agency i.e. NSIC for 10 years subsequently with its consistent effort it got the opportunity to work as a Nodal Training Agency from the year 2005-2006 in launching the CRR Programme of Department of Public... Enterprise, the responses of the employees so trained have been over whelming and many of them have been gainfully engaged in wage employment as well as running their own ventures. NSCE is also a computer training center, affiliated with West Bengal State Council of Technical Education, providing various certificate and diploma courses toward the under as well as post graduate level. These courses has been designed specially for the SC/ST, weaker section of the society , minor community and the people below poverty line, so that these courses may be of immense help to these people and helps them to get settled with various jobs in their near future. The certificate received from West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (Govt. of West Bengal) vehemently helps the candidates get jobs very smoothly. Recently, NSCE got opportunity to work as a Computer Training Institute by Directorate of Training & Employment, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India and Department of Labour, Government of West Bengal to provide various IT enabled Modular Employable Scheme (MES) Course and Soft Skill Courses.
