My name is Wendy Sandona and I created Nourish Wellness Counseling because I want to help people live well. I know how difficult it is to find optimum physical and emotional health, to find balance, and freedom from pain and illness. A few years ago, I had a chance to spend some time in hospitals and waiting rooms, and what I saw was both heartbrea... king and motivating. Most disease and illness is preventable and if we realize we are not passengers, we can take control of our health. Awareness is an extremely powerful motivator. My own personal philosophies on health include prevention, balance, and empowerment. I believe that alignment of the mind, body, and spirit is essential for a healthy, balanced life. If one or more of those is out of balance, then we become out of balance. I understand the uniqueness of people. I know their versions of health and their health goals are also unique.
