Nourish

Established in 2012. Nourish is the Charlotte, NC area's only weekly prepared food delivery service offering 100% plant-based, gluten-free, whole-foods based, healthy, hearty, delicious meals. Our customers truly enjoy the delicious, prepared food, but they also *deeply* enjoy peace of mind from being able to easily make great food choices in their... busy lives, more time to spend on their own wellness and with family and friends, and feeling better while being totally satisfied after a meal! Want some-a that? We hope so! Here's how it all works: Our a la carte menu opens each Monday at 12:00 noon and stays open until Thursday at noon unless we sell out earlier. During the summer, we deliver on Mondays, and throughout the rest of the year, delivery happens Mondays and Tuesdays. Customers order from our online menu, and the following week we deliver a big bag of healthy, delicious prepared food to their home, office, or one of our drop off/pick up locations around the area. A few things to note: - Much of our menu changes weekly, depending on what's in season locally. - Each week, we offer entrees, soups, sides, salads, dressing, breakfast, snacks, desserts, and some items from local businesses with standards that equal ours! - Each menu is approximately 50% freezable, 50% soy-free, and 50% nut-free. - Nutritional data and full ingredients are available weekly for all items. - Gift certificates are available. - We can't wait to nourish you!
