Northwest Aviation Services was established in 1996 to cater for the requirements of Airlink and has grown from a small handling agent in Paraburdoo to a company that now employs over 120 staff in the Pilbara at Newman, Port Hedland, Paraburdoo, Karratha and Geraldton. Neil Thoars, owner of Northwest Aviation Services, quickly recognised that there... was an opportunity to provide services in far more places than Paraburdoo. Through Neil s passion and commitment to provide unparalleled service, Northwest Aviation Services quickly gained an impressive reputation and client base with comprehensive Customer Service and Ramp Operations. To maintain the strong growth of Northwest Aviation Services and to continue to provide unequaled service, Neil sought to recruit a specialist team to bring a new dimension to Northwest Aviation Services. Kym Hagger who had previously worked with Northwest Aviation Services in our Paraburdoo operation, was recruited to join Neil in management and the two have since formed an enviable professional and working relationship.
