About North Devon Focus
In the past she has worked freelance on established local business and tourism based publications and co-ordinated the advertising sales and publication of North Devon's No.1 Annual Holiday Magazine, the "North Devon Scene" from 1989 to 2005. This web site is non-profit making and self-funded and aims to promote the coast and "country" side around the Port of Bideford, paying particular attention to the many picturesque villages and hamlets in the Torridge District and Bideford Bay area. We hope it will encourage prospective visitors to the region and be of benefit to those living locally. We have featured photo tours of Bideford, Parkham and the surrounding areas including Abbotsham, Alwington, Horns Cross, Ford & Fairy Cross, Buckland Brewer, Bucks Mills, Clovelly, Hartland and Woolfardisworthy together with the popular tourist spots of Appledore, Croyde Bay.
