Norfolk Nordic Walking is an outdoor fitness club which offers taster sessions, Learn to Nordic Walk courses, 1-1 sessions, regular classes, daily virtual Zoom workouts and wonderful walks in the beautiful city of Norwich and surrounding Norfolk countryside. We welcome everybody, what ever your level of fitness, to join us Our walks are carefully c... hosen so that you can get to explore the wide variety of landscapes and scenery literally on our back door step. Just as the views change with the seasons, so will your fitness and sense of wellbeing. With disused railway lines, rolling parklands, heaths, woodlands and broads nearby, there will never be a shortage of new and interesting walks to keep you motivated, whatever your fitness level. At Norfolk Nordic Walking, we help you on every step of your Nordic Walking journey by providing 45 minute taster sessions so that you can have the chance to feel what it is like to Nordic Walk. We run beginners Learn to Nordic Walk courses for all levels of fitness to equip you to Nordic Walk anywhere in the UK. This is a course which will quickly develop your skills in a relaxed atmosphere and will give you the ability and confidence to effectively use Nordic Walking poles. Once you have completed the course, you can choose how (and where) you would like to participate in Nordic Walking. We aim at leading walks for everyone so we run group walks of various lengths and pace so you can find one that suits you best.
