From being a NODA intern to being a professional member, the Association has truly changed my life. Specifically, going to the NODA Annual Conference always renews my spirit and love for OTR programs. I am always discovering new ways to carry out our programs on our campus through networking with equally as passionate OTR colleagues. You have the opportunity to network and build relationships with fabulous colleagues from across the country. And, you get to give back to the Association and our profession. I joined NODA back in the summer of 2013. My reason for joining was because I was new to the OTR profession. After working for six years in Enrollment Management and I wanted to learn as much as I could about the field.
