Noble Tree plans to allocate invested funds in proportion to the required levels defined by the REIT Regime, namely a minimum of 75 per cent of funds will be invested into the Rental business and a maximum of 25 per cent of funds will be invested directly in non-rental developments. As a REIT, Noble Tree will be required to distribute 90 per cent of tax-exempt profits from its property rental business as Property Income Distribution ("PID"). Noble Tree has an experienced management team that will aim to manage its portfolio of properties with a view to maintaining a strong balance sheet with good liquidity (Cash & Cash Equivalents on the balance sheet) and maximising profits.
