Noble Diagnostics Inc. was founded in 2003, in Milwaukee, WI, with the mission of being a comprehensive source for workplace drug and alcohol testing programs. During the early years, the company grew locally, providing collection services for area businesses, as well as expanding its program administration services nationally. Creating the Medical Review Officer Department in 2009 allowed Noble Diagnostics to shorten the turn-around time for result reporting, as well as monitor the process more completely. As the department expanded, each person was trained on the importance of timely, accurate reporting of results. In 2010, Noble Diagnostics relocated to a larger facility in Brookfield, WI. The expanded location allowed the company to focus on customer needs, adding additional collection site space, as well as office space, to handle the increased demands of a larger client base.
