You shall be all time bound by the guidelines on Association of Business Associate, from the Date of Joining approved by the Nivesh Global on association of Business Associate and all other circulars/guidelines/rules applicable upon Business Associate, as may be notified/ amended from time to time by the Nivesh Global. You shall all times while working as Business Associate with the Nivesh Global hold a valid identity card issued by the Nivesh Global for acting as Business Associate. The Nivesh Global will expect you to work, in any section in which you are placed, with a high standard of initiative, efficiency, integrity and economy. Evaluation of your performance and continuance of your association as Business Associate shall be based on achievement of the Minimum Business Guarantee norms laid down by the Nivesh Global from time to time. The Nivesh Global at its sole discretion may modify by increasing or decreasing the Minimum Business Guarantee norms from time to time. We highly believe in trained work force. To ensure the effectiveness of the sales team, we provide Training sessions on regular basis. This will further enhance the sales skills and will impart complete information regarding the products.
