AMF is a privated owned company, expert in the manufacture of components based on Nickel-Titanium (Nitinol) shape memory alloys for the medical device business and high technology applications. AMF is a sub-contracting company, worldwide known in the shape memory community. Our core business is to manufacture implants and devices based on customers... specifications. AMF do not develop and manufacture any CE or FDA certified own products. The core competences of AMF are quite large: from alloy manufacturing, up to the final mechanical testing. This also includes all the transformation steps, such as rolling, wire drawing (0.10 - 5 mm), shape setting, machining (EDM), grinding, polishing (tribological and electro-chemical). We develop in-house all the equipment and tools required for the production of your specific component or application. All necessary standard test devices are available, and if required, we design and we manufacture new systems.
