We partner with ISO9001 certified factories and go to great lengths to control and document each step of the production process. At TIEN our focus is Quality. This starts from the quotation phase and continues until the parts have been shipped. Our engineers have design experience and will work with the factory on tooling, samples, and production planning. We track each and every step of the development and production processes so that our customers know the status at all times.
