Nightingale

I was made aware of my weaknesses through in-depth conversation with Florence who managed to squeeze very deep emotions out of me. I am not a great talker and have for years, until recently, kept everything to myself. Our sessions, made me go away and think hard about the issues in my life and, as scared as I was, realised I had to start shifting.... Throughout a dark time in my life, Florence gave me the non-judgemental support and understanding that I needed to build my self esteem and confidence, to improve my mood and self belief. As a result I felt empowered to change career and I have never been happier! I cannot recommend Florence highly enough for her professional, warm and encouraging approach to counselling and coaching. After consulting with Florence on numerous personal and professional issues it had become apparent I needed to do some real soul searching. Her no nonsense, down to earth approach was a breath of fresh air after having my own negative preconceptions about counselling. I am now the person that I always knew I was, not who everyone else did or did not want me to be, with the personal and professional life to match. Nightingale training unveils the unrealised potential in each of us for constructive change. After just two hours of coaching, I already began to transcend my old fears, negative beliefs and limitations of the past. Suddenly I took a step in the direction of courage, confidence and self love. I came across a rusty door and opened it and saw the dust. I started to sweep away the clutter from the attic of my mind and unearthed gifts of self-esteem, confidence, fearlessness, positive thinking, visualisation, goal setting, assertiveness and action plans for the future. Today I am still exploring and discovering new and powerful treasures on my journey with Nightingale. It has been a fantastic experience working with Florence.
