NHMH is committed to supporting changes in the health system needed for the delivery of effective mental health services in the medical setting (and v.v.). It is actively involved in Washington, D.C. both at the legislative and regulatory health policy advocacy level and as a participant in a PCORI large pragmatic clinical trial involving integrate... d care. In the past 10 years, NHMH has become a leading patient advocacy nonprofit working for behavioral health integration in primary care. Prior to founding NHMH and parallel to her NAMI related advocacy work, Ms. Fee had a successful international business career in the global energy industry with Chevron Corporation and Mobil Corporation. As President of Mobil Russia Ventures Inc., she led Mobil's exploration-productions operations in Russia. As a senior executive in Chevron she held management positions in legal and negotiations, strategic planning and risk management departments. She worked on overseas operations in Sudan, Nigeria, Angola, Russia and Kazakhstan. Ms. Fee has a J.D. (law) degree from the University of San Francisco, a M.A. from Golden Gate University in International Economics and a B.A. from Manhattanville College in New York in Political Science. She is a licensed member of the California State Bar, is a 2nd generation native San Franciscan, and grew up on the San Francisco Peninsula.
