We work closely with ACC to ensure our health and safety policies, procedures and practices are fully compliant at all times. If you have specific security requirements, well make certain our contractors meet them. NFMs approved contractor personnel are all qualified, NZ-registered trades people who regularly receive external and internal training in health and safety, testing, trade-related technology and customer service protocols. All our personnel are identifiable by an NFM ID. Our call centre is staffed around the clock, so that your emergencies quickly become our top priority. Our operators will take details of your requirements and notify the nearest or most-qualified service provider, including agreed maintenance and non-urgent tasks outside of your maintenance schedule. We will work with you to establish a preventative maintenance programme that reduces the risk of downtime. All requirements are entered into our system so that contractors can be allocated to tasks in plenty of time. We take full control of maintaining, arranging, completing and reporting on all jobs.
