Nexus was formed through the Management Buy Out (MBO) of the Pulse Group a Quality assurance, Applications Management & Knowledge Transition Management businesses in the UK and India in July 1996. The Pulse Group itself had its roots in the 1980's when the QA and Testing market emerged. The Nexus Group was set up as a specialist technology company... to design, implement and manage testing and quality assurance services across IT and IS departments in the UK. Two years later Nexus set up its first European office in Switzerland. Nexus commenced its 5 year diversification strategy in 1999 and continued to grow via acquisitions and set up strategic profit centers in recruitment, infrastructure and call centers.
