We provide support in your own home, in the community and in supported living accommodation. Nexus is registered under the NDIS and provides a wide range of funded services. Our goal is to support people to live as independently as they can and want to. Our well trained and motivated staff support you to gain control over your life in many ways, including: helping you develop your daily routines; learning new skills; developing confidence; and finding the right equipment to use. We tailor our supports to your needs and are happy to help you coordinate the supports you receive to get the best results for you. Nexus was formed in 1998 as a community based specialist disability service; all of our resources support people with a disability.
