Newby has completed an acquisition with London based Moorfield Group acquiring Velocity Village. The scheme is currently undergoing a major capital expenditure programme to complete and manage the asset to reach its full potential. Newby is also working in a Development Management function with Residential Land on a number of its London assets. We have secured planning on two schemes to increase the net deliverable areas by over 7,000 sqft and add considerable value to the assets. We are now building out the schemes which will be due for completion on a rolling programme over the next three years. Newby has completed an acquisition with Eaton & LTC, acquiring industrial/office facility in Catterick for replanning and redevelopment. Newby also completed an acquisition with Europa Capital and St. Congar, utilising a fund to acquire a 92 acre site in Brockworth. Through this relationship, Newby is anticipating acquiring further sites, achieving additional return via obtaining planning or revising planning permissions. Newby's expertise and connections provides access to local and national off-market deals which will be supported by the considerable funding power of its partners.
