New England Dynamic Solutions, LLC provides construction safety courses such as OSHA 10 & 30 hour training, site specific safety training, on-site inspections, and safety program management. We recognized the need for more live training after speaking with countless employees and companies who have only used online training, such as the OSHA 10 and... 30 hour, and have not seen many changes on their job sites or in their employees behavior. We don't believe online training by itself is a good solution. Workers need hands-on training with real-world discussions specifically related to what they do in the field. Most workers we spoke to do not take stand-alone online training very seriously. That said, sometimes Virtual Training can be a great resource if used properly, and we will be creating a series of training video's to compliment our live training in the future, just never for the OSHA 10 or 30-hour courses. Live training is the #1 solution for any type of training you need. We will strive to provide the "mom & pop" type of customer service and sales that has disappeared in this digital age.
