Needed an electrician to evaluate possible damage from water which came through the ceiling into a downstairs apartment. Billy was very professional and checked out all the affected areas. The one light that was out came back to life - either dried out or was a coincidence so nothing was actually fixed. However, we now have peace of mind . I called... New Electric and told them the electrical problem that I had and they sent out a Service Electrician named Anthony. All of our electrical plugs in the garage and on the outside of the home were out and one in the laundry room. Anthony found and repaired three of these outlets and the electricity came back on when he finished. New Electric was on time, made the proper repairs and the charges were well below what I had expected. I would have no problem recommending New Electric to anyone that needs help with their electrical problems. My experience with New Electric was outstanding. Every representative I had contact with was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Mike replaced several lighting fixtures and the quality of his work exceeded all of my expectations. This is truly a company that cares about the customers and I will use them for all of my future needs. Hands down the best contractor experience we have ever had. The entire team exhibited exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. The team at New Electric transformed our kitchen and living room into spaces that are now enjoyable to be in.
