THE NEXT GENERATION IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY. Reaching students on the campus of UIUC with the gospel is not an isolated ministry at New City. We mobilize our resources, our people and our prayers for the sake of the next generation. We believe every human being is made in God's Image, which means everyone has dignity and is worthy of respect. This shapes how we speak to and about all people. We make space for people to grow in their God-given gifting. At New City, we aren't using people to get ministry done, we're using ministry to get people done. We are either sending or going on God's renewal mission of making disciples. This leads us to send one another on mission locally, and to plant churches in university cities globally. NEW CITY WANTS EVERY PERSON TO: Find Life in the Gospel. At New City, no one has to be afraid. Its a place where we can admit that we are more broken and sinful than we can imagine, and find that we are more loved by Jesus than we could ever hope.
