We have a turnover of approximately £100 million and a workforce of around 1,000 people. The Group consists of New Charter Homes , based in the Greater Manchester area, Gedling Homes in Nottingham and Aksa Homes in Oldham. The New Charter Building Company provides a property repair, maintenance and improvement service working with a range of extern... al partners and covering the whole of the North West, employing over 200 people and achieving a turnover of £34million. One of our most recent partnerships is with Threshold, based in Oldham who provides housing support to those most in need, strengthening the housing support network available for vulnerable people. We provide Housing Options services on behalf of Knowsley MBC and continue to manage the Tameside Housing Advice service in Ashton-under-Lyne with Tameside Council. We are a Sunday Times Best 100 Company, achieving 8th place in the Not-for-Profit list in 2015. Our customer satisfaction ratings are among the best in the country, and we were recently voted number one in 24Housing's Top 50 Landlords.
