We have defined the scope at the epic level with high level estimates (business value and work effort using business bingo)..., and then are going further building out the user stories, BDD, data structures, etc. Integrated Planning & Delivery - Our kanban supports the end-to-end delivery process allowing us as a team 1) to understand our roadblock... s and how to remove these constraints and 2) limit our work-in-progress. Integrated goals and priorities align our planning and delivery scheduling. It's exciting to see the smaller experiments build upon each other to become amazing capabilities that are foundational in the solution. We capture all our data in AHA! AND have lots of paper and stickies on walls. We have both remote and local participants. This is a very exciting time. Co-creation Community - we have to build a lovable product and aim to work with a co-creation community who will not let us compromise. We will be reaching out in January to consultants, facilitators, mediators and HR professionals to start this work. We have approximately ten teams showing interest thus far.
