After one year working at a large tech company, Adi ventured out to carve out his own path. He started his own consulting company and grew his business through word of mouth and referrals. Adi has led project teams at Fortune 500 comp... anies such as Foot Locker, HBO, and McDonalds. These experiences applying technology in different industries has ultimately led him to his latest focus on working with start-ups. John started his career in an account executive role in the Midwest with Advantage Medical. After 3 years in a account executive capacity, he transitioned to a project support role with Avant Healthcare and became a digital project manager, leading webpage and video campaigns for such pharmaceutical clients as Lilly, Novartis, and AbbVie. In this role, John became well-versed in PMI methodology and grew confident managing complex timelines and budgets. Now with Near The Box, he is becoming a subject matter expert in product management, also spearheading the companys partnerships initiatives and helping early-stage start-ups with growth direction. From building trading platforms on Wall Street to working on surgical robots, Michael is an ex-Googler who has always felt the itch for entrepreneurship. His career began at large companies, where he observed different management and development styles at scale. These experiences showed him how companies should operate as they grow larger, and his learnings have been invaluable as he has applied that knowledge at smaller companies.
