Welcome to our website! We appreciate your visit, and would love to share a little bit about our practice with you. Neal, Leonard, and Sorensen Implant, Facial, and Oral Surgery has been serving the Seattle-King County area of Washington State for over three rewarding decades. All three of our surgeons are board certified by the American Board of O... ral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Which means, while all practicing surgeons must be licensed in order to offer their services to patients, our doctors are recognized as having achieved and continue to maintain the highest standards within their profession. They voluntarily decided to meet additional standards above and beyond what standard licensing requires. Our practice was founded by Dr. Jack Neal, we initially began in north Kirkland, and are proud of our professional and community growth over the years. We now offer unsurpassed treatment at three state-of-the-art facilities in Kirkland and Seattle, allowing us to better meet the location and scheduling needs of our patients. One member of Dr. Jack Neals family, Craig, would grow up to become an oral surgeon as well. Craig Eric Neal, DDS, MD opened a solo practice in November 2002 right next door to his dads original Kirkland location. Eventually the two doctor Neals teamed up to work the multiple practices, and opened an office at its current location in Kirkland in 2004. Galia Leonard, DDS, MD, PhD, our esteemed partner, was warmly welcomed into the Neal OMS family in 2005. Dr. Leonards impressive expertise includes plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as teaching and other educational endeavors. Kyle Sorensen, DMD joined the practice in 2013. His extensive training and warm personality is a wonderful addition to the practice.
