NCEP Safety

We strive to educate children and their families with continual and up to date programs on ways to avoid becoming a victim of criminal behavior. By promoting our projects and programs around the communities we serve, we able to to build the understanding that law-breaking offenders are among us. After conviction, the average murderer spends only 5.... 5 years in jail, the average rapist under 3 years and child molesters only two years in prison. Rather than create fear in our children, our aim is to direct them with the educational tools that will dramatically decrease their chances of falling victim to a criminal behavior of any classification or proportion. NCEP is continually sharpening its programming with current information allowing us to stay abreast of additional methods that will expand child safety and adult awareness.
