In 2003 the company was restructured and started to render services locally. It soon became a Certification Body after acquiring the vast experience and adopting the format of the Quality Systems of its peer company, NCC Certificacoes do Brasil Ltda, recruiting and training new staff and being accredited as an Certification Body for Electrical Prod... ucts under ISO/IEC 65 by the Argentine Accreditation Body (OAA in its Spanish initials). In October 2004 NCC was recognized by the National Bureau of Internal Commerce (Dirección Nacional de Comercio Interior) as a Product Certification Body under the Electrical Safety Regime, former SICyM Resolution No 92/98, and by the end of 2004, NCC had issued its first Electrical Safety Certificate. In 2011 NCC was recognized internationally as a National Certification Body in Argentina under the IECEE's International CB Scheme. In 2014 we fulfilled all the steps of the Accreditation Scope Extension process to become a Certification Body for Energy Efficiency Labeling, and we are proud to announce that this year we have been granted this formal accreditation by the Argentine Accreditation Body. So far we have issued over 1,700 Certificates for more than 300 applicants. Since we do not rely on any type of Agreement, all our certificates are based on trials carried out by laboratories recognized by the National Bureau of Internal Commerce (DNCI in its Spanish initials). Furthermore, we have been taking active part in the meetings held by the Electrical Safety Council (CONSE in its Spanish initials) as well as by its Statutory Commission since its formation. panoramic8_cuadro6Read More
