Naugatuck Window and Glass was founded in 1950 by Joe Marciano. After 38 years, Ken and Sue Petruzzi bought the company and serviced the Connecticut Valley for 30 years. In 2018 Lee Chevron became the owner of Naugatuck Window and Glass.... bringing a lifetime of experience to this locally owned and operated company. Lee began working in his family... 's Glass and Mirror Company in 1979. On his first day, his uncle handed him a broom and said "I can tell what type of worker you will be by the way you sweep the floors. After years of working during summer vacations, school breaks and throughout college, Lee decided to open his own Glass and Mirror Company in Fairfield County. Lee and his partner literally started from the ground up, even making their own glass cutting tables and racks for the trucks. They worked day and night to make the business successful. After 10 years Lee sold the company to pursue other ventures. As the owner of Naugatuck Window and Glass, Lee brings with him his vast knowledge of the business....working countless hours with contractors, architects and designers. Lee and his team's mission is to provide top quality service and strive for complete customer satisfaction within all phases of their work....from the beginning to the final walk through. At Naugatuck Window and Glass the company is committed to employee training through educational programs offered through the Connecticut Glass Dealers Association along with monthly safety meetings. Naugatuck Window and Glass also has the privilege of being associated with high caliber general contractors who share the same vision of education and safety.
