Lori Osterheldt, CHS is a Certified Health Specialist with a decades long working background in the holistic health field. She enjoys helping individuals attain their health and wellbeing aspirations through supplementation, menu planning, exercise recommendations and overall lifestyle modifications. Another of her career highlights was selling a variety of complementary products to chiropractors, enabling doctors to aid patients in maintaining comfort and progress between visits. Her current extracurricular project is working on a book about vegetables and why we should be eating them, showcasing various excerpts on this website. She also takes great pride in entertaining and educating audiences with wellness themed presentations. Most recently, she was a guest speaker at the Northridge Chamber of Commerce Senior Expo and Health Fair, addressing the health dangers of fungus in our food supply.
