After leaving Currimundi the store relocated to Bokarina and now is firmly based. The shop is on a busy corridor road with high visibility, easy parking outside and since we live on the premises, our customers can benefit from ou... t of hours service and 7 days a week. Our focus is entirely on the full customer experience so the service continues beyond the purchase. We assist our customers in choosing the best spa for their purpose and conditions, we then offer a free site inspection and follow up with reminders to order their products to maintain the spa in a healthy condition. We can even assist our customers with any maintenance issues. The value add to our customers is for them to know that we can supply their non-chlorinated products as we are a Government registered Non-Chlorine Spa Sanitising product provider. We have ready-to- go packs for customers to collect and offer FREE freight for internet orders. Our success formula has always been to give more than the customer expected and build that relationship.
