Where local guidance permits, the US-based Pearson VUE-owned test centers (PPCs) have reopened for the National Evaluation Series (NES) tests. When searching for an appointment to take your test, we offer the following suggestions: Use the seat search tool to explore surrounding locations. Checking a wide range of locations will provide more options for your selection. Test appointments can be changed with no fee, even multiple times, as long as the change is made at least 24 hours in advance of your current appointment and before your registration expires. Additional appointments may become available as test centers adjust their calendars. If you were unable to initially schedule your preferred date and time, check seat availability frequently and change your appointment to meet your preferences. Do not report to the test center. If you miss your appointment due to illness, please review the absentee policy for emergency circumstances, which includes information about requesting a refund. In support of your health and safety and the health and safety of our employees, we will follow recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization for preventing the spread of COVID-19.
