During my t... ime as RECAs Communications Manager, I wrote extensively about the buying and selling process for consumers, and provided practice information and tips for REALTORS®. Now that Ive joined the industry as a REALTOR®, Im able to guide consumers through the buying and selling process in a more meaningful way. Natalie is confident that her experience with Albertas real estate regulator combined with her customer service skills help set her apart. Real estate transactions go most smoothly when buyers and sellers are comfortable with their agent; knowing they can ask questions at any time and knowing that their agent is focused on their needs, she says. Over the years, Ive seen the information needs that consumers have, and I know the emotional rollercoaster that can come along with buying or selling a home. My role is to make the entire process comfortable and far less daunting. Natalie has bought and sold property in the highs and lows of Calgarys market and is eager to help clients navigate both. When shes not working with clients, or completing additional training and professional development, shes most often found spending time with her two boys. She also volunteers as a Board member for a local soccer club and with Scouts Canada.
