Mr. Gurnham was most recently the president of IHS Environmental, a major electronic publisher of regulatory information marketed under the ENFLEX® product name. Prior to IHS, Mr. Gurnham worked in the field of air quality and meteorological data management for both private industry (ENSR) and state government (Vermont Agency of Environmental Conservation).
