Namaste Yoga

Established in 2013. We are the only community based sliding scale yoga studio serving Saratoga Springs New York. As teachers and practitioners we believe in the ability of yoga to heal mind and body, thus raising awareness and elevating human consciousness globally. We believe in sharing our love for, and knowledge of, this ancient practice that b... rings peace to our planet and connection to our communities. We believe yoga should be available to everyone. When asked, we suggest an offering of $10-$20 per class, although all are welcome. Students donate what they can, when they can. You will be served by one of 6 experienced teachers who will welcome you to our cozy studio tucked safely away from the hustle and bustle just 1 block off Broadway on Division St. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, left side (Israel Lane) of the beautiful Victorian Mansion of 2 Franklin Square, across the street from Spot Coffee. Namaste holds sliding scale Yoga classes 3 mornings a week and evening classes are Mon, Tues,Thurs. Namaste Yoga opened on September 21, 2013. We share a truly unique space in a beautiful Victorian mansion on Franklin Square, in the center of Saratoga's historic district. The mansion was previously a private home, transformed in the late 18oo's into a hotel & spa, drawing people from all over the world to partake in the healing waters of Saratoga Springs.
