About Myoga
Myoga was initially founded in 2009 by Jen Wilson and Rachel Mahaffy in Downtown Sudbury. The downtown location quickly rose to one of the busiest studios in Sudbury and created a dedicated and inspiring community that is continually evolving and growing! Myoga is a contemporary centre that focuses on spiritual wellness as much as physical and mental strength. Our methodology is both simple and inclusive and our mission is to evolve mind, body health and wellness through yoga, related workshops and intensives. Myoga is dedicated to the highest standard of yoga instruction and our teachers are among the most qualified in our city. Myoga's influences have been Shiva Rea, Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa( Ron Reid), Baron Baptiste, Yin Yoga (Sara Powers) Ana Forrest, and Restorative (Andrea Peloso).
