MyClinic is an independent, not for profit, Free Clinic that provides Primary Medical Care, Behavioral Heatlh Counseling, Specialty Care (as available) to uninsured families with limited financial resources residing mainly in the northern Palm Beach County area. MyClinic also offers a referral program for patients who are in need of urgent dental s... ervices. The MyClinic Dental Referral Program consists of a network of dentists in our community who will treat registered MyClinic patients at no charge as part of the Volunteer Healthcare Provider Program. Medical services are provided by licensed volunteer health providers. Patients are scheduled by appointment and referrals are made to specialists as available. Jupiter Medical Center provides Lab,Imaging including screening mammograms and Diabetes Education services to patients of MyClinic at no charge as well as administrative and other technical support. The goal is to be a true Medical Home that improves overall health and quality of life for its patients. The current MyClinic represents third phase in a process that began in January 2011 when a group of stakeholders came together to form a coalition to address the health needs of our most vulnerable neighbors. The coalition was comprised of representatives from the public and private sectors including: El Sol, Jupiter's Neighborhood Resource Center; Jupiter Medical Center; Town of Jupiter; Florida Health-Palm Beach County; and guidance from the Florida Public Health Institute.Read More
