We are not involved in real estate brokerage. We have considerable expertise and experience in the preparation of fully documented reports as are typically required for public sector sales or acquisition, estate planning, power of sale actions, litigation or expropriation. Specifically, we complete appraisals in the Municipalities of the City of Greater Kingston, Central and South Frontenac County, Leeds & The Thousand Islands, Town of Gananoque, Town of Greater Napanee, Stone Mills Township, Prince Edward County, Brockville and Belleville on a regular basis.
