In 1989, David Widrick (of KCA Financial Services) and SwedishAmerican Hospital established Mutual Management Services, Inc. as a joint venture to increase collections and reduce costs. From the beginning, MMSC has strived to collect delinquent patient accounts while upholding positive patient relationships. In 1993, we hired Gary Hamburg to expand our operation from a single-client base with SwedishAmerican Hospital, to a more respected, locally owned company serving the entire area. The founders of Mutual Management Services, Inc. have always aimed to obtain a local presence that displays professionalism in every aspect of the collections process. In 2013, through an expansion with TD Solutions, LLC, MMSC has grown from a locally operated medical collection agency to a nationally recognized revenue cycle management company.
