Had a great shopping spree that we ended up staying at Mutiara Hotel JB. We got the nice family room with the bunk bed. Room is spacious! There is a separate tv for playing game but we need to borrow the CDs from the reception which is not that troublesome. Breakfast was great! Loved the hotel! We booked 3 rooms and stayed 1 night during Eid season. The service from reception, concierge, restaurant was all superb. The room looks old; the marbles in the bathroom have turned yellow, but the room is clean. The kids enjoyed the bathtub. The bed is huge and comfortable. Due to Eid, breakfast was crowded and we had to wait for a table during breakfast but they got us tables pretty fast and they always made sure that the foods were topped up. Quiet hotel. Within walking distance to KSL and about 10 min driving distance from causeway. Hotel is clean and the service provided is efficient. Staff are polite and helpful.
