Music Studios was founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife team, Tommy Toy and Emily Siskin-Toy, who wanted to create a totally unique music education experience for people of all ages interested in playing music. WOW! Music Studios mission is to inspire people to express themselves musically and create positive cultural change through music and mu... sic education. A former advertising executive, Tommy escaped the corporate world to pursue his life-long mission: To inspire people to play music. WOW! Music Studios represents the union of his passions for entrepreneurialism, music and social change. Tommy graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and developed marketing programs and campaigns for a variety of Fortune 500 companies for 15 years before starting WOW! Music Studios with his wife and college sweetheart, Emily Siskin-Toy. Emily holds a Bachelors Degree in English from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and oversees all of WOW! Music Studios operations. She spent six years in Los Angeles working as a writer and editor for several film and television magazines before returning to Mill Valley where she was raised.
