Mr. Anton Lekic has over 25 years of experience in the property management for various Owners, Sponsors, Co-Op / Condo Boards and Managing Companies. Mr. Lekic learned the business from the bottom up. With solid technical education background, the first encounter with building industry was at superintendent's position in a Queens, NY Mid-Rise building (1986). The building ownership quickly realized that his management skills can be better utilized in development and conversions. At the urging of the ownership, in 1988 Anton was hired by International Holding Company to manage various projects in Nassau County, NY. During that period, he was responsible for completion of Co-Op conversions in 14 Buildings, within two years. Valuable expertise gained in the Project Management position came handy, when Mr. Lekic started work with boutique Management Company in Greenwich, CT (1991). His assignments expended to Property Management of high-end, Hi-Rise buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and throughout Tri-State area. He spends next 17 years helping sponsors and owners of financially distressed Real Estate Assets to recover and realize profitable and viable fiscal condition. In 2008 Mr. Lekic joined local management company in a capacity of Account Executive, where he managed some of most prestigious Co-Op buildings in Queens, NY. As a member of Flushing Association of Building Residents, Mr. Lekic attended several meetings where it was clearly expressed members' need for better quality and personalized management services.
