To implement the system, the company worked to identify the processes needed for the quality management system and their application throughout the company. After determining the sequence and interaction of these processes, the criteria and methods needed to ensure the effectiveness of the operation and control of these processes have been put in place. Multifab has ensured that the necessary resources and information to support the operation and monitoring of these processes have been secured. Multifab management consistently monitors, measures, and analyzes these processes; and implements needed corrective actions to achieve planned results, with a view towards continuous improvement in all of our processes. Multifab management has provided evidence of its commitment to the development and implementation and improvement of the quality management system by clearly communicating to all members of the company the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
