Multi-Choice Home Loans specialise in arranging home loans and investment loans through our lending panel of over 25 leading banks and other financial institutions.... The Multi-Choice Home Loan business was started by a husband and wife team, Trevor and Merridy Watkins, who set the culture of the company as customer focused and solution orientated. That saw the company grow primarily through "word of mouth". There are now four offices (Sunshine Coast, Beenleigh, Hervey Bay and our head office in Stafford, Brisbane). Our industry is now regulated thus our brokers all have Australian Credit Licenses (ACL) and are registered with ASIC. We have two brokers who operate under our ASIC registration number and our Australian Credit License. In addition, twelve other independent brokers refer business through Multi-Choice Home Loans. These brokers are registered with ASIC credit registration numbers, have their own ACL and operate independent businesses. Multi-Choice Home Loans are backed by AFG, Australian Finance Group, Australia's largest broker network and can therefore offer a personalised service almost anywhere in Australia.
