It is managed by a board of directors composed of professionals with wide experience in geology and mineral exploration, mineral rights management and environmental and social management both locally and internationally. Day to day activities of the company are carried out by a core team of full time and associate experts in geology, mineral exploration, mineral rights, mining engineering, mineral processing, environmental and social management. For the past ten years, MTL successfully completed projects in various countries in Africa, including Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Malawi, Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe and Sudan; for Governments, international organizations, including EU, World Bank,NDF, CDE, UNIDO, EITI and for local and international corporate companies.
