MTF repairs was established in 1997 providing a repair, routine maintenance and calibration service to companies involved in the welding industry. Our employees have experience within this industry for over 20 years. We are based in Staffordshire / Cheshire but cover areas all over the UK and repair machines from most of the leading and popular man... ufacturers including Fronius, Esab, Miller, Murex, Thermalarc, Camarc, Migatronic and Hypertherm. Our customer base extends from small fabrication businesses to heavy plant construction equipment and the rail industry who use materials ranging from aluminium to steel. Machine service and calibration is normally carried out on the customers premises and consists of the machine being cleaned out and the components being checked for wear and signs of future problems, calibration of meters is done by using traceable instruments to check the accuracy of the machine instruments.
