EPDM: Retail space for durability and due to the fact with different tenants come different roof equipment in an out of your building, with EPDM this is not as costly as the other products. PVC: Typically used on restaurants due to its ability to resist most damage caused from grease and cooking oils vented out through the roof. TPO: Industrial buildings, same warranty as the rest but with a cost savings on large buildings due to a quicker installation.
