It is organized to coordinate and facilitate the activities of each satellite offices by providing technical, management, financial and any needed services for their development. It aims to harmonize the policies of its constituents, especially in the fields of information systems, accounting, commercial offers, human resources management, internal... audit and control, and good governance. As a cooperative, MSCCP provides banking services at affordable rates. The political management and the control lie within the hands of its members according to their participation and support to the services offered by MSCCP. MSCCP is supported by the Centre International du Credit Mutuel (CICM), an international non-profit organization formed by France's 2nd largest cooperative bank and rated by the Global Finance as one of the world's safest banks Credit Mutuel.
