About Moving Feet
Hi - I've been helping others to enjoy nordic walking since 2006. I'm accredited with Nordic Walking UK and British Nordic Walking, and hold the ITEC Certificate in Outdoor First Aid. Usually I run nordic walking classes in the late spring/early summer and in the autumn. As a nordic sports enthusiast Im also a Snowsport England Level 2 cross country skiing and roller skiing instructor. In the ski season I lead cross country skiing holidays for one of the top adventure travel companies, Exodus , and I also teach rollerskiing in London mostly for London Region Nordic Ski Club . You'll also find me competing in cross country skiing marathons and I've completed over 10 in the Worldloppet series. I also spend time in Greece where older people find it puzzling that I walk with two sticks when they only use one! Was I always so sporty?
