Since 1994, Dan has prepared contingency reserve studies for over three hundred and fifty self-managed and professionally-managed strata corporations, resort properties and institutional properties throughout the Lower Mainland, Whistler, Sunshine Coast, Okanagan, South Thompson, Nelson, Williams Lake, Edmonton & Calgary. RDA funding formulas and the reporting template is fully compliant with the Condominium Property Act of Alberta. Mountainside Enterprises has been a business member in good standing with CHOA (Condominium Home Owners Association of BC) for over five years, additionally, Dan has conducted training seminars for them in the area of reserve planning. Throughout her career, Ms. Leiker has demonstrated competencies in project implementation, organization and supervision.
