Mountain View Crossing

My mom moved to Mountain View crossing in November. She has dementia and it was this condition that provided significant motivation to move her from one of Boise valleys large assisted living facilities. The move to MVC has been most beneficial to her and our family. At MVC she is cared for 24 hours a day, Lanae and her team treat her as immediate... family and the cozy quiet living environment provide my mom with a quiet comfortable and clean living environment this is exactly what my mom wanted and needed to live a dignified life. I am grateful to Lanae and all of the Staff for all they do for my mom, and wholeheartedly recommend them to any person who is looking for memory care for them or their family members! William k I have had the opportunity to visit Mountain View Crossing several times and I have been impressed with the level of service that is provided. Its just like being at home...comfortable, clean, friendly...Family. The caregivers are kind and caring providing quality experience for the residents. Very warm and inviting. Wait until you see the backyard garden...flowers galore with a pond...beautiful and peaceful. Residents were reading and bird watching...lots of hummingbirds! I would highly recommend this home...you will not be disappointed. As a professional in the industry I have been to many many care facilities over the years. This certified family home hands down is the best in Boise for patient care, love, and attention to detail. It isn't often that the state looks at a facility like this and recommends it.
